Hello!
I’m a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in clay, light metals, and textiles. I earned my BA in Studio Art from Grand Valley State University, then spent several years working as a photographer and metalsmith before launching my own jewelry design business. After moving from my hometown in Michigan to Chicago and eventually to New Orleans, I became completely obsessed with clay. I continued my ceramics education at Tulane University while working toward a BA in Health and Wellness. These days, you’ll find me teaching community ceramics classes, showing my ceramics and jewelry at local markets, and being a perpetual student.
