Returns are not accepted - contact within 3 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order. Please feel free to email with any questions or special requests before ordering. I want you to love your purchase, most issues can be happily resolved. 

Jewelry Care

Keep your jewelry dry. Remove jewelry to shower, swim, or wash hands. Do not store in a humid environment like the bathroom. Wearing frequently, or storing in an airtight plastic baggie helps to prevent oxidation. 

Remove jewelry to apply perfumes, hair products, or scented lotions, as certain chemicals can discolor metal and some stones. 

Use a soft, non abrasive polishing cloth to remove tarnish, but be careful not to polish areas that have been oxidized intentionally. 

Your new jewelry was made with durability in mind, but is still a delicate object and should be treated with care. Do not wear during strenuous activity. 

Some people experience a green or dark discoloration on their skin from the copper content in brass or bronze jewelry. This is caused by the oxidation process or by a reaction between the metal and chemicals in lotion or perfume. Keeping your jewelry clean and dry will help to minimize this.

Production & Shipping Times

Your order will be ready to ship in 1-3 weeks. Keep in mind that each piece is made by hand, by me! Orders ship USPS Priority Mail insured, and generally takes 1-3 days to deliver. Please contact before ordering if you need to receive your order by a certain date. ,
